Elliott Kelley Wins Prestigious Carlisle Award

Elliott Kelley, a senior business administration major at Bob Jones University, was awarded the prestigious Carlisle Award during the South Carolina Student Legislature (SCSL) fall session Wednesday, Oct. 25, through Friday, Oct. 27, in Columbia, South Carolina.
