BOSTON, MA (03/25/2014)(readMedia)-- Founding Partner AJ Gerritson today announced that Emily Carlson has joined the 451 Marketing creative team as graphic designer. Carlson will focus on overseeing and executing design for both the agency and its growing list of clients.

"I'm 'wicked' excited to be joining a true winning team at 451," said Carlson. "When it comes to marketing, simple intuitive design is key, and that's what I do best. I'm looking forward to working with the talented people of 451 and designing for all of the amazing brands we call family."

Prior to 451 Marketing, Carlson served as lead designer for Dailybreak where she created web graphics for national sweepstakes, designed request for proposals and managed paid campaigns for clients including Ford, Proctor and Gamble, Chili's, Dunkin Donuts and PUMA. Prior to Dailybreak, Carlson served as design intern for Jack Morton Worldwide and art production intern for Yankee Publishing.

Carlson earned her bachelor's degree in graphic design from Keene State College. She currently resides in Boston's historic North End.
