Environmental Watchdog Commends Gov. Paterson for Signing Energy Planning Bill

ALBANY, NY (09/17/2009)(readMedia)-- Environmental Advocates of New York commends Governor David Paterson today for signing into law legislation that will help ensure our state has a reliable supply of clean power in the years to come. Today's action brings New York one step closer to a comprehensive energy plan that considers both economic pressures and long-term environmental concerns.  Environmental Advocates also supports the Governor's action today to ensure that the New York Power Authority has the ability to fully fund clean energy and efficiency projects across the state.
