FSU Student Charlie Engleka to Present Senior Guitar Recital

Frostburg State University student Charlie Engleka will present his senior guitar recital, accompanied by bassist Greg Hays and drummer Brian Weyant, on Sunday, Nov. 15, at 7 p.m. in the Pealer Recital Hall in the Performing Arts Center.
