FSU Student Robert Brown to Present Junior Tenor Recital

Frostburg State University student Robert Brown will present his junior tenor recital, accompanied by pianist Dr. Sean Beachy, on Sunday, Oct. 26, at 3 p.m. in the Pealer Recital Hall of FSU's Preforming Arts Center.
