ST. BONAVENTURE, NY (02/02/2012)(readMedia)-- Felice Brooks, a junior from Buffalo, N.Y., was honored for academic achievement at St. Bonaventure University.

Brooks was inducted into Chi Alpha Epsilon, or XAE, an organization created to acknowledge the academic success of students admitted to colleges and universities through opportunity programs such as St. Bonaventure's Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunities Program, through which Brooks was admitted.

Brooks, who is majoring in English, was one of two students to receive this honor. Chi Alpha Epsilon promotes high academic standards and honors academic excellence, and its members display excellence, scholarship, leadership, ingenuity, and service.
