Final 2018 Friday on the Lawn Set for August 24

ELMIRA, NY (08/22/2018) This Friday, August 24, is the final "Friday on the Lawn" summer visit event. The informal day begins at 10:00 a.m. and includes a student-led campus tour, information sessions with faculty, and a barbecue lunch giving students and their families a chance to mingle with faculty, current students, and administrators. .

However, this will not be the last chance to visit the campus. Fall is just around the corner and with it are three opportunities for visiting during a Fall Open House. Dates for the Open Houses are September 22, October 20, and November 10. Fall Open Houses give high school seniors and juniors the opportunity to learn more about EC, tour campus with a current student, and attend an academic fair with faculty to learn more about their academic area of interest.

The day begins with check-in at 9:30 a.m. and will conclude by 1:00 p.m., with an optional luncheon in the Campus Center Dining Hall.
