Final Days to Purchase Discounted Hairball Tickets

Concert February 25

DES MOINES, IA (02/22/2012)(readMedia)-- Time is running out to purchase discounted Hairball tickets for their Saturday, February 25 show at the Jacobson Center on the Iowa State Fairgrounds. Tickets for the 8 p.m. show are $15 in advance or $23 day of show.

There are three ways to purchase:

Print at home

Visit the Hairball concert page at www.iowastatefairgrounds.org to purchase tickets and choose "Print At Home" as the delivery option. The last day to get the advance ticket price is Friday, February 24 but print at home tickets will be available until 8 p.m. the day of the show.

Order online, pick up at will call

Visit the Hairball concert page at www.iowastatefairgrounds.org to purchase tickets and choose "Will Call" as the delivery option. Tickets ordered online may be picked up the day of the show at will call, located on the west side of the Jacobson Center, beginning at 4 p.m. Tickets will not be mailed. These orders will close at noon on Friday, February 24.

Walk up orders

Through February 24, walk up orders will be available at the Administration Building Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The day of the show, the Jacobson Center ticket window will open at 4 p.m.

A $2 convenience charge will apply to all tickets. Concert parking is free. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

Hairball is the world's ultimate "80s arena rock" impersonation act, recreating the good-time party atmosphere of the decade with unmatched authenticity. Rock Star Bob and Kris Voxx bring the musical and performance styles of Guns n' Roses, Whitesnake, Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Motley Crue, Ozzy, AC/DC, Journey, Poison and more to the stage in dead-on visual and vocal performances.

By alternating stage time, these performers rapidly change elaborate costumes, seamlessly transitioning from Paul Stanley of KISS to Joe Elliot of Def Leppard without a break in the action. Their ability to cop the persona of the era's legendary front men and musicianship make Hairball an international favorite.
