Flagler College announces sabbaticals, awards

Education professor Sandra Davis will be on sabbatical in the Fall to work on a book about education.

ST. AUGUSTINE, FL (03/23/2012)(readMedia)-- Flagler College announced that Education professor Sandra Davis and James Wilson, Associate Professor of English, were awarded sabbaticals for the 2012-13 academic year. Davis will be on sabbatical in the Fall to work on a book about education, and Wilson will be on sabbatical in the Spring to work on a book about film.

In addition, Assistant Professor Terri Seron, Environmental Science, and Associate Professor Casey Welch, Social Sciences, received $2,500 Kahler Fund Grants to pursue projects. Seron will work on developing molecular tools for undergraduate research and Welch will research the U.S. criminal court system.
