HAMILTON, NY (10/17/2013)(readMedia)-- Senior Justin Altus, a graduate of Forest Hill High School in West Palm Beach, Florida, is developing a GPS tracking system for public transportation with the help of the Thought Into Action Entrepreneurship Institute at Colgate University in Hamilton, NY.

With an original algorithm designed while at Colgate, Bus Path will be able to monitor transportation systems allowing bus companies to improve their service, increase ridership, and to help riders know when the bus is coming.

Thought into Action (TIA) is a Colgate University incubator for student ventures. Every year a select group of pioneering students prove what it really means to be an entrepreneur by taking an idea and making it 'go live'. In TIA, passionate students take their own ideas and move from theory to practice, while guided by invaluable mentorship of entrepreneurial alumni and parents.
