Former Cicero-North Athlete Sarah Allen Earns Women's Lacrosse All-Conference Honors

Allen Selected to NEAC Women's Lacrosse All-Conference First Team

AURORA , NY (05/11/2010)(readMedia)-- Freshmen Sarah Allen (Clay, N.Y./Cicero-North) of the Wells College women's lacrosse team has earned North Eastern Athletic Conference Women's Lacrosse  All-Conference First Team honors recently released by the NEAC office. Allen was one of two freshmen selected to the NEAC First Team.

Allen helped lead the Express to one of its most successful years in recent history finishing 7-2 in the NEAC and 8-8 overall, earning the No. 1 seed in the NEAC conference.The Express won their semi-final round game against No. 4 seed Cazenovia 17-16 in double-overtime before falling to No. 2 seed Keuka College, 15-14, in the NEAC championship game on April 25.

Allen finished with 57 goals, 7 assist, 28 groundballs, and 20 draw controls.
