Franklin Soldier assumes command of Recruiting, Retention Battalion

SPRINGFIELD, IL (04/20/2016)(readMedia)-- Maj. Kevin G. Little of Franklin, Illinois, assumed command of the Recruiting and Retention Battalion (RRB) from Lt. Col. Daniel A. Reichen of Rochester, Illinois, during a change of command ceremony at the Illinois Military Academy on Camp Lincoln in Springfield, Illinois, April 18.

Little enlisted into the Illinois Army National Guard in April 1995 with the 233rd Military Police Company in Springfield, Illinois. Prior to selection as the RRB commander, Little served as the deputy logistics management officer, with Joint Force Headquarters in Springfield, Illinois.

Reichen's new position is as the deputy operations officer with Joint Force Headquarters in Springfield, Illinois.
