ALBANY, NY (08/08/2024) (readMedia)-- Albany NY the teacher supply center provides every school supply that a student would need. Most people do not realize that NY teachers take money out of their pockets to buy these much needed supplies for many students.

Pastor Charlie of Victory Church Albany has given out back packs with school supplies to students for the last 30 years. One year over 2000 backpacks were given out. One problem when school started many of the kids did not use the back packs because they were not name brand. This is why the store was built to get the supplies right to the teachers to meet the need not the greed. The store is now helping teachers in over 30 schools in and around Albany NY.

This fully equipped store also provides sports equipment and musical instruments.

When you see the store it looks like a walk down the isles of Walmart.

The rush is before school starts but the store helps teachers all year long.

Pastor Charlie is trying to get the NY schools to budget for supplies for teachers.
