Local Author James Breig to Speak at Noon Program

SCHENECTADY, NY (11/08/2012)(readMedia)-- The Friends of the Schenectady County Public Library will offer a Special Features Program on Nov. 19, 2012 entitled Searching for Sergeant Bailey: Saluting an Ordinary Soldier of World War II. East Greenbush author James Breig will share how a visit to an antique shop led to uncovering the fascinating history of a true 'unknown soldier.'

The program is open to the public and will be held in the McChesney Room beginning at 12:00 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring a lunch; beverages are available for a nominal fee.
