Garrison McMurtrey Receives Ripon College David and Elizabeth Harris Memorial Scholarship
RIPON, WI (05/04/2010)(readMedia)-- Garrison McMurtrey, a junior majoring politics and government and communication from Canton, Miss., was named the recipient of the 2010 David L. and Elizabeth W. Harris Memorial Scholarship during a ceremony held April 21, 2010 at Ripon College.
The David L. and Elizabeth W. Harris Memorial Scholarship recognizes a junior who demonstrates interest and enthusiasm for learning about life, possesses good character, and shows a concern for the well-being of others.
McMurtrey is the son of Ms. Sheila Taylor of Canton, Miss.
