General Officer Promotion Ceremony

SPRINGFIELD, IL (08/01/2017) (readMedia)-- The Illinois National Guard will be hosting a promotion ceremony. Col. Mark C. Jackson of Frankfort, Illinois will be promoted to brigadier general. Jackson serves as the Assistant Adjutant General-Army for the Illinois National Guard.
