Georgia State Student Grace Monson Receives International Psychology Scholarship

Georgia State University student Grace Monson recently received the Eleanor McEdwards International Opportunity Scholarship.

Monson, of Gainesville, Ga., is a Bachelor's student in Psychology in the College of Arts and Sciences.

The Eleanor McEdwards International Opportunity Scholarship is a study abroad scholarship awarded annually to an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in the College of Arts and Sciences.

The scholarship was established by Colleen McEdwards and Scott Burnside in honor of her mother, Eleanor McEdwards, who was dedicated to creating and promoting opportunities for international travel and study among young people.

The College of Arts and Sciences provides a skill-based liberal arts and sciences education for Atlanta's diverse, next-generation workforce.
