Goshen College students take first place at Startup Weekend Michiana competition

Two Goshen College students took first place at the Startup Weekend Michiana competition on Nov. 15-17. Eighteen Goshen College business students participated in the 54-hour competition for novice entrepreneurs. This year's winning team included business majors Anthony Bixler of Goshen, Ind., and Melia Watkins of Cincinnati, Ohio. Their team created a Wi-Fi enabled fob to organize and locate the bar codes for a person's loyalty card programs.
