New York Army National Guard Soldier Promoted
LATHAM, NY (11/19/2009)(readMedia)-- Maj. Gen. Joseph J. Taluto, The Adjutant General for the State of New York, announces the promotion of members of the New York Army National Guard in recognition of their capability for additional responsibility and leadership.
James Carter from Guilderland, NY (postal code 12303) and serving with Det 1 Company A, 1-224 Avn S&S Battalion is promoted to the rank of Private 1st Class.
