Hannah Wood of Catawissa, Mo., selected as Missouri Baptist University Welcome Weekend Chair

ST. LOUIS, MO (06/27/2012)(readMedia)-- Hannah Wood of Catawissa, Mo., was selected for a position in Missouri Baptist University's Student Activities Council as the chair of Welcome Weekend. This position involves long-term planning and executing Welcome Weekend events for incoming students.
Wood will enter the Fall 2012 semester at MBU as a sophomore. In addition to Student Activities, Wood works in MBU's graduate advising department and is actively involved in various ministries at New Community Church in Wildwood, Mo. She is also an academic scholarship recipient at MBU.
Wood graduated from a high school homeschooling program.
