WILLIAMSPORT, PA (05/06/2013)(readMedia)-- Helna Vincent, of Danville, has been accepted to Lycoming College and plans to attend for the fall 2013 semester.
Vincent is the daughter of Prasanna Rappai and C.V. Vincent and attends Columbia County Christian School. She received academic honors in English.
