UTICA, NY (09/21/2010)(readMedia)-- Henry H. Bartlett, Ph.D., of New Hartford, recently joined the faculty at Mohawk Valley Community College, where he is teaching classes in the Center for Social Sciences, Business and Information Sciences. He holds an M.O.T. in online teaching from the University of Illinois, a Ph.D. in public policy and administration and an M.S. in sociology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a B.S. in social sciences from Virginia State University.
He was previously employed as a faculty member at the Virginia Commonwealth University Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs.
