Home Buying Process Seminar Hosted by Enterprise Bank
Prospective home buyers are invited to attend a seminar by Enterprise Bank covering the numerous considerations when purchasing a home.
BOSTON, MA (04/11/2011)(readMedia)-- Reaching out to the communities it serves, Enterprise Bank will be hosting a free mortgage seminar at the Andover Wyndham Hotel on the evening of Tuesday, April 5th. The seminar, "What you need to know about the Home Buying Process," will educate prospective homeowners on the numerous avenues of purchasing a house.
The evening will feature guest speaker Elizabeth Phelan, the Mortgage Lending Manager, VP at Enterprise Bank. Elizabeth has over 20 years of experience in mortgage lending and will bring her expertise to a forum where attendees can ask questions about the process of buying a house.
Some of the topics to be covered in the mortgage seminar will include: Should I work with a real estate agent? How large of house can I afford? Should I hire a home inspector? These questions and more will be answered over the course of the seminar. Light refreshments will be served and discussion is encouraged. Buying a home is a big step and Enterprise Bank wants to make sure you have all the answers.
