Hyannis Resident Daniel Sexton Inducted Into Beta Alpha Psi Honor Society

EASTON, MA (09/21/2011)(readMedia)-- Hyannis resident Daniel J. Sexton was inducted into the Beta Alpha Psi National Honor Society recently at a ceremony held at Stonehill College in Easton, Mass. A selective honorary organization for Accounting and Financial Information students and professionals, Beta Alpha Psi encourages and gives recognition to scholastic and professional excellence in the business information field.

Sexton is a senior Accounting major at Stonehill. To qualify for induction to Beta Alpha Psi, members must have a minimum of 12 hours of Accounting with a GPA of 3.5 and an overall GPA of 3.25.

Stonehill's Petitioning Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi is one of only six in Massachusetts. Nationally, there are over 1,300 Beta Alpha Psi chapters.
