ALBANY, NY (09/03/2010)(readMedia)-- The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation's (NYSDEC) "I FISH NY" program will be offering a free fishing clinic with Solar One. The event will take place at Stuyvesant Cove Park, Saturday, September 11, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Please note this event has been designated a "free fishing event". Visit the NYSDEC website at http://www.dec.ny.gov/outdoor/27123.html for additional information about the event. This means anyone can fish at this event, even if they do not possess a NYS fishing license. No pre-registration is required. I FISH NY will provide all tackle and bait on a first-come, first-served basis.
