WHAT: | Soldiers from throughout Illinois will compete in the Adjutant General’s Rifle and Pistol match. The top 20 shooters will be presented with “Governor’s 20” badges by Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner. |

NOTES: | The best shooters will be selected to the Illinois National Guard’s Small Arms Readiness and Training (SARTS) team.At the United States Army Small Arms Championship in March 2016, the Illinois SARTS team was named the U.S Army Overall Team Champions, the U.S. Army Rifle Team Champions, and earned 2nd place in the Multi-gun Championship.
