Iowans Compete for Top Honors in Iowa State Fair Maine-Anjou Beef Show

DES MOINES, IA (08/13/2013)(readMedia)-- Braun Show Cattle of Northwood won the Grand Champion Bull title in the Maine-Anjou Beef Cattle show judged Saturday at the 2013 Iowa State Fair.

The Reserve Grand Champion Bull title went to Bremer Show Cattle of Blakesburg. Grand Champion Female honors went to Breanna Gradert of Sibley. Blueprint Cattle Company of Otley showed the Reserve Grand Champion Female.

In the Maine Tainer show, Bormann Show Cattle of Algona showed the Grand Champion Bull, while the Grand Champion Female title went to Bailey Core of Pleasantville. Blueprint Cattle Company claimed both the Reserve Grand Champion Female and Reserve Grand Champion Bull titles.
