Iowans Compete for Top Honors in State Fair Maine-Anjou Beef Show

DES MOINES, IA (08/17/2011)(readMedia)-- Schrage Cattle of Parkersburg won the Grand Champion Bull title in the Maine-Anjou Beef Cattle show judged Saturday at the 2011 Iowa State Fair. Grand Champion Female honors went to Underwood Farms of Moravia.

Jack Kelly of Dallas Center showed the Reserve Grand Champion Female, while Main Aim Ranch of Allerton showed the Reserve Grand Champion Bull.

In the Maine Tainer show, Blueprint Cattle Company showed the Grand Champion Bull and the Reserve Grand Champion Female. Lauren Robinson of Coggon showed the Grand Champion Female.
