JROTC Proficiency Ribbon to Warrior Battalion Staff
The JROTC Proficiency Ribbon is awarded for outstanding briefings during the JROTC Program of Accreditation, which occurs every three years and is awarded annually to Cadets who have demonstrated a high degree of leadership and performance of duty.
The Warrior Battalion Staff Cadets received the JROTC Proficiency Ribbon for their magnificent briefings to the inspector during the JPA. The staff briefed on their Cadet Continuous Improvement Project and their role in the implementation. Every staff member was required to brief. They were allotted a total of 45 minutes to brief and had they gone over the allotted time, it would have caused them to lose points. These dedicated young men devoted several hours to practice and earned an impressive 33.75 out of 35 points.
Congratulations Cadets!
