Jacksonville Soldier promoted to Chief Warrant Officer 4

SPRINGFIELD, IL (01/29/2016)(readMedia)-- SPRINGFIELD, Illinois – Chief Warrant Officer 3 Cameron E. Stanberry of Jacksonville, Illinois, a Soldier with Joint Force Headquarters based in Springfield, Illinois, was promoted to Chief Warrant Officer 4 during a ceremony Jan. 29 at Camp Lincoln, Springfield, Illinois.

Stanberry enlisted in the Illinois Army National Guard in 1992 as a generator repairer with the 258th Quartermaster Company based in Beardstown, Illinois.

Stanberry was joined by his family, friends and colleagues for the event. Stanberry's wife, Sara Stanberry, and sons Sam and Ben took part in the pinning of his new rank.
