Jedediah Kimball promoted to Associate Professor at Mohawk Valley Community College in Upstate NY

UTICA, NY (10/20/2010)(readMedia)-- Jedediah Kimball, currently of Utica and formerly of Boston, MA, has been promoted to Associate Professor of Art at Mohawk Valley Community College. He holds a Master of Fine Arts in Painting from the New York Academy of Art in New York City, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and Drawing from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. During his time in New York City he was also a student/monitor for Peter Cox at the Art Students League of New York from 2002-03. He is a member of the Alumni Association of the New York Academy of Art and the College Art Association.
Kimball has been a member of the teaching staff at MVCC for over seven years. He teaches General Drawing, Figure Drawing 1 and 2, Two Dimensional Design, Color Theory, Painting 1, Printmaking:Relief, Painting 2, and Printmaking:Intaglio.
