Jennifer Hormell crowned Homecoming Queen at Centre College

DANVILLE, KY (12/05/2013)(readMedia)-- Jennifer Hormell of Shelbyville, a senior at Centre College, was named homecoming queen Nov. 2. She was one of six students chosen to be members of the homecoming court. Hormell was formally presented during halftime at Centre's football game against Hendrix as the highlight of homecoming activities at the college.
Hormell, a government major, is very active in campus life. She has been involved in collaborative research, and is a member of both Pi Sigma Alpha academic honor society for government, and Omicron Delta Kappa honor society for leadership. She is a resident assistant, has been a member of the student government association, and is a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority.
Hormell is the daughter of Jim and Connie Hormell of Shelbyville, and is a graduate of Shelby County High School.
