Jennifer Menter of East Syracuse Shines at Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival

ROCHESTER, NY (01/31/2012)(readMedia)-- Jennifer Menter, of East Syracuse, was selected to perform with Breanna Melino, of Ontario, NY, in the Irene Ryan Acting Scholarship auditions at the regional Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. The Festival hosts college theatre students from all over the Mid-Atlantic region to attend performances, display exhibits, and participate in numerous workshops. Jennifer was selected to prepare two scenes with Breanna to perform at the Festival. Out of 224 teams, Jennifer and Breanna were selected for both the semi-finals (round of 32) and the finals (round of 16), placing them in the top 7% of the region.
