Jennifer Sabol published in research journal
LORETTO, PA (03/23/2011)(readMedia)-- Jennifer Sabol, a Saint Francis University student, recently had her undergraduate research published in SPECTRUM, the university's research journal. The journal features peer-reviewed research by Saint Francis University students.
Sabol's research was entitled Long-Term Recession Forecasting Using the Yield Curve. Her research examined the accuracy of long-term recession forecasting using the yield curve. Dr. Edward Timmons, assistant professor of economics oversaw the research.
Sabol, a Duncansville native, is an accounting major at the university and is a member of Sigma Delta Beta, Kappa Mu Epsilon National Honor Society for Mathematic Excellence, and Delta Epsilon Sigma. After graduation she plans to attend graduate school to earn a master's of accountancy degree, with a career goal of a position in either academia or business.
