Johnson Earns Master's Degree from Coker College
HARTSVILLE, S.C. - (01/02/2014)(readMedia)-- Dwight Johnson recently earned a master's degree in college athletic administration from Coker College. Johnson was part of six individuals that made up the first class to receive a graduate degree from the institution.
Johnson is a native of West Columbia, S.C., but resides in Florence, S.C. He is a partner with Carolina Commodities and president of ERRC LLC consultants. Johnson earned a bachelor's degree in social sciences from Charleston Southern University.
Beginning in May 2012, the Master of Science in college athletic administration became the first graduate program offered at Coker College. It is an 18-month, online-based program. The program balances theory with real-world experience and provides students with a strong foundation of knowledge in areas such as NCAA compliance regulations, sport communication, sport law, recruiting of coaches and athletes, fundraising, sport business management and sport marketing.
