Joshua Aaron Hakakian Recognized With Frostburg State University Honors

FROSTBURG, MD (06/01/2011)(readMedia)-- Joshua Aaron Hakakian, a graduate of Southern Fulton High School, was among the graduate and undergraduate students recognized at Frostburg State University's Honors Convocation in May.
Hakakian, who received departmental honors in biology, served in the U.S. armed forces before enrolling at FSU. His instructors describe him as "detail-oriented," "inquisitive" and "always wanting more." He is a member of the Tri-Beta Biological Honors Society and has been very active in departmental activities. Hakakian plans to attend medical school after graduation. He is the son of Barbara and Mark Shanholtz and Javid and Diana Hakakian.
