COLUMBUS, OH (08/21/2009)(readMedia)-- Charles Kegley, of Kent, OH, has been re-elected to serve a two-year term on the charter board for the American Lung Association of the Midland States. Kegley, an Emeritus Professor of Health Education at Kent State University, has a distinguished history of community service. Officially retired from KSU in 1996, Kegley worked part-time in a different college at KSU for about 4 years and coninues to do cross-cultural presentations for the School of Medicine. He has been a long-time volunteer for the American Lung Association in Ohio prior to joining the regional Midland States charter board.
The American Lung Association of the Midland States serves Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee, with headquarters in Columbus, OH.
