STORM LAKE, IA (06/17/2013)(readMedia)-- Both Kevin Coriolan and Gladiola Esparza of Worthington, Minn., were recently honored at Buena Vista University's (BVU) student recognition event. Both seniors, Coriolan is a corporate communications and digital media major, and Esparza is majoring in Spanish and psychology.

Coriolan was one of several students to benefit from the Otteman Student Research and Internship Fund which supports student research by supplying them with allocations to pursue learning opportunities.

Esparza was presented with the Wesselink Award, a fund providing financial support for student and student/faculty research, including creation and presentation of major original visual and performing arts, and support for student internships.
