Kutztown tops 200 PSAC student-athletes for third straight year in 2021-22

For the third consecutive year, Kutztown University was well represented on the list of Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Scholar-Athletes, surpassing 200 for the year. KU had 239 honorees on the 2021-22 list, announced Thursday, July 7, by the league office.

In order to be eligible, the 2021-22 student-athletes must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 upon completion of the academic year. There were 4,144 total PSAC Scholar-Athletes across the 18 PSAC institutions, marking 53% of the student-athlete population. There were 12 institutions that produced at least 200 scholar-athletes while 14 registered a rate of 50% or higher. The PSAC has now registered at least a 30% rate for 14 consecutive years.

Kutztown ranks ninth overall out of the league's 18 schools.
