College of Saint Elizabeth senior Sabrina Jarmolinski has been named to the NEAC first team.

MORRISTOWN, NJ (03/01/2012)(readMedia)-- Lakewood resident and College of Saint Elizabeth (CSE), 2 Convent Road, Morristown, N.J., senior Sabrina Jarmolinski, a Justice Studies major, was selected for the North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) First Team. The top 15 players, with first, second and third teams, were selected by the conference coaches. NEAC made the announcement as part of its 2011-12 Women's Basketball All-Conference Team selections.

Jarmolinski Ends Her CSE Career with Distinction

Jarmolinski, a senior captain, was selected All-Conference for the third consecutive season. She was a second-team honoree following her junior season in 2010-11 and received a third-team nod as a sophomore in 2009-10.

This season Jarmolinski was the top offensive threat, statistically, in the NEAC. She averaged a league-best 21.1 points per game and led the NEAC with a 38.4 shooting percentage from beyond the 3-point line. Jarmolinski also finished second in the NEAC in rebounds per game (11.3).

Jarmolinski became the 10th player in CSE history to score 1,000 points in her career on January 8, 2012, at SUNY Cobleskill. Three times this season she was named NEAC Student-Athlete of the Week. Jarmolinski was also recently named Eastern College Athletic Conference Basketball Player of the Week.

This is the third consecutive season a CSE woman was selected to the NEAC First-Team; Maesoon Deeb, '11, a math major, earned the honor in 2010-11 and Sarah Kozlowski, '10, a communications major, was tabbed in 2009-10.
