BETHLEHEM, PA (11/14/2018) Food trucks have become a frequent sight at festivals and work places. Learn the opportunities and challenges associated with the mobile food truck business through this career exploration series of three classes.

All classes are 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Northampton Community College's Fowler Family Southside Center, 511 East Third Street, Bethlehem.

Fee is $29 per workshop.

The course will be taught by the owners of The Taza Truck, which won Best Food Truck by Lehigh Valley Style readers three years running (2015, 2016, 2017) and was one of the first food trucks in the Lehigh Valley.
