ANNVILLE, PA (04/01/2013)(readMedia)-- Lebanon Valley College will host singer and songwriter Tyler Hilton with Dion Roy on Friday, April 19 at 8 p.m. in the Arnold Sports Center as part of the annual ValleyFest weekend. Doors will open at 7 p.m. This event is free for LVC students and $10 for community members and guests at the door.
Tyler Hilton, born in Palm Springs, Calif., began teaching himself to play the music of Elvis Presley at an early age. He signed a record deal with Maverick Records when he was 18 years old after singing on "The Mark & Brian" radio show and performing at the station's Christmas concert. He released his first album "The Tracks of Tyler Hilton" in September 2004. In addition to singing and songwriting, Hilton has also appeared as character Chris Keller on "One Tree Hill," as Elvis Presley in the Academy Award-winning film "Walk the Line," and as Taylor Swift's love interest in her "Teardrops on My Guitar" music video.
Tyler Hilton's concert is part of Lebanon Valley College's 42nd annual spring arts festival, ValleyFest, Friday, April 19 and Saturday, April 20, and is open to the community.
