Nashville-based pop-rap duo DNK will perform at ValleyFest on Friday, April 24.

ANNVILLE, PA (12/18/2014)(readMedia)-- Lebanon Valley College will host pop-rap duo DNK on Friday, April 24 and pop-punk band We Are The In Crowd on Saturday, April 25 in Arnold Sports Center as part of the annual ValleyFest weekend, in addition to its vendor fair, inflatables, craft events, and more.

"There are two things that really excite me about this year's ValleyFest," said Todd Snovel, associate director of student engagement and advisor to the ValleyFest committee. "First, Saturday's headlining band, We Are The In Crowd, comes from a different genre of music than what we've had in recent years. It's always exciting to be able to present a new style of music to concertgoers. Second, this year's ValleyFest will present a real music festival type of feel on Friday. We'll feature local bands, student bands, bands with alumni representation, in addition to more popular and mainstream bands all for one price and under one roof. We'll be celebrating all different kinds of music this year."

Nashville-based pop-rap duo DNK will perform on Friday, April 24. The group, made up of members Kayla Erb, hailing from the Pacific North West, and David Davis, a Chicago native, has a publishing deal locked down with the fastest growing international music company, Kobalt Music. After an overwhelming response about their chemistry, they've started a journey together, along with award-winning industry reps and producers. Their debut EP was released Mar. 31, 2014, and they have been touring cross-country ever since.

We Are the In Crowd, a pop-punk band based in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. and MTV Artist to Watch, will perform Saturday, April 25. In 2010, their debut EP, "Guaranteed to Disagree," was released, and they joined the Warped Tour that summer to promote it before returning to the studio to work on a full-length record. Their first LP, "Best Intentions," debuted in 2011 on the Billboard Top 200. Their follow-up LP, "Weird Kids," was produced by pop-punk veteran John Feldmann and came out in early 2014. Tickets to this show will be $15 for students and $20 for public admission.

Tickets for both shows will be available in the spring at the following fee schedule: DNK - $10 for students and $15 for public admission; We Are the In Crowd - $15 for students and $20 for public admission.

Both concerts are a part of Lebanon Valley College's 44th annual spring arts festival, ValleyFest, which, in addition to concerts, includes local arts and craft vendors, food vendors, children's activities, games, and more. For additional information, visit www.lvc.edu/valleyfest.
