Left Northbound Lane Reopened on I-87 at Interchange 24 (Albany, I-90 & I-87, Montreal)
ALBANY, NY (11/02/2009)(readMedia)-- The New York State Thruway Authority announced the left northbound lane on I-87 at Interchange 24 (Albany, I-90 & I-87, Montreal) has been reopened. It was temporarily closed earlier this morning due to an overturned truck.
During the closure, the Authority activated its Dynamic Message Sign (DMS) and Highway Advisory Radio (HAR), issued a TRANSalert to subscribers and a press release to area media entities to advise motorists of the closure.
The Authority appreciates motorists' patience during this incident.
