Leonard Chester '15 receives award from Central Penn College
Central Penn College recently recognized seven individuals at the institution's annual Black History Month Celebration. Leonard Chester '15, a communications graduate from Philadelphia, Pa., was awarded the 2022 Humanitarian Award.
