Libertarian Accepts Debate Invite

NIVERVILLE, NY (02/18/2009)(readMedia)-- The Elect Eric Sundwall campaign acknowledged an invitation to debate Democrat Scott Murphy and Republican James Tedisco in an upcoming debate in March. Representatives from all three campaigns agreed to terms with media sponsor WROW and moderator, The League of Women Voters. The debate will be held in the period between March 23-25. It will take place at the Holiday Inn Express in Latham on Route 9R.

Sundwall notes: " We're very happy to be included in the process. Obviously, it will depend on whether or not we are challenged for our petition signatures. If the democratic process is allowed to play out, we expect to offer the voters a distinct voice and choice. "

In 2006 Sundwall was knocked off the ballot pursuing the same seat. Sundwall appeared in one debate with current US Senator Kirsten Gillibrand at the Saratoga Library.
