Linda Clinard of Irvine to Receive Lifetime Achievement Award

LA MIRADA, CA (02/25/2014)(readMedia)-- Linda Clinard, who has greatly impacted and advanced the California Reading and Literature Project, is the winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award this year at Biola University. Clinard ('64), Regional Director of the UC Irvine and Orange County CRLP, is the author of Family Time Reading Fun, and also serves as a literacy consultant and instructor with the Children and Families Commission of Orange County. 

She will be honored Friday, Feb. 28, where Biola annually celebrates esteemed alumni at an Alumni Awards Chapel and ceremony. Other awards that will be presented include the Cultural Impact Award, Alumni in Media Award, and the Clyde Cook Missions Award.
