Local Athlete Fitting in at Collegiate Level
Sarah Allen Has Scrored 13 Goals in Her First Three Collegiate Games.
AURORA , NY (03/15/2010)(readMedia)-- Wells College women's lacrosse freshmen Sarah Allen (Clay, N.Y./Cicero-North) has made the transition from high scool lacrosse to the college level look easy. Allen is averaging 4.33 goals per game through her first three games, scoring 13 goals on 20 shots. Allen made a her first career game count, scoring five goals on six shots in a 11-9 loss to Hartwick College on March 10 and continued to find the back of the net this weekend scoring three goals against Ramapo College (N.J.) on Saturday, while netting five goals against Kean University (N.J) on Sunday.
The Express of Wells College compete in the North Eastern Athletic Conference and are currently 0-3 on the season. The Express return to action this Friday, March 19, against Mt. St. Mary's College at 4:30 p.m. in Aurora, N.Y.
