Local resident accepted to Harding University
SEARCY, ARK. (06/12/2012)(readMedia)-- Kaitlin Warren of Wynne (72396), daughter of William and Mary Warren, has been accepted to attend Harding University for the fall 2012 semester.
Warren attended Wynne High School, where she was a member of book club, band and band council. She has been a member of the All-Region band for six years, and she was an Arkansas Ambassador of Music for 2011.
Warren received the Harding Academic and Lads to Leaders scholarships.
She will be welcomed to campus on Aug. 16 for Student Impact. This orientation program is designed to help freshmen and new students learn about the campus and make the adjustment to college life.
With an enrollment of more than 7,100 students, Harding is the largest private university in Arkansas and attracts more National Merit Scholars than any other private university in the state.
