Luther senior Hanson to present cello recital

Luke Hanson, Luther College senior from Brookings, S.D., will perform a cello recital at noon Saturday, April 26, in the Noble Recital Hall of the Jenson-Noble Music Hall on the Luther campus. Hanson, the son of Paul Hanson of St. Paul, Minn., and Sally Hanson of Cottonwood, Minn., is majoring in international studies at Luther. He is a 2010 graduate of Vernon Hills High School in Vernon Hills, Ill. Hanson will perform songs by Felix Mendelssohn, Bach and Dmitri Kabalevsky.
